Thecarpenterstartedworkingonthehouse.Atfirstheworkedhard,asusual.Butsoon,hedevelopedabadattitude.“Ihaveworkedhardallmylifebuildingnicehouses.”hethought.“OtherpeopleliveinthenicehousesIbuilt.ButIwilllivetherestofmylifeinalittleapartment.”Sohebecamelazy.Hedidn’tconcentrateonhiswork.Heboughtcheapmaterials.Itdidn’tmatterthathisbosshadalwaysbeenafairemployer-thecarpenter’sbadattitudehadtakenover.
