五、句子讲解

1.Iwouldliketobeyourpenfriend.我想要成为你的笔友。

wouldlike的用法

wouldlike意为“想要”,其语气比用like婉转些。具体用法如下:

(1)后面接名词或代词,表示“具体要”某样东西。例如:

①Idliketwosweatersformydaughters.我想给我的女儿们买两件毛衣。

②Wouldyoulikeoneofthesemooncakes?你想要一块这样的月饼吗?

(2)后面接动词不定式,表示“愿望”,“喜爱”,常用于有礼貌的提出邀请,请求或建议。例如:

①Iwouldliketodropmaths.我想放弃数学。

②Wouldyouliketocomeforsupper?你愿意来吃晚饭吗?

(3)当主语是第一人称时,would可与should换用,它们都可以缩写成d,并且like也可换成love。例如:

①Imsurehewouldlovetocome.我确信他愿意来。

②Iwouldliketheredone.我想要红色的。

(4)wouldlike后面可以用动词不定式作宾语补足语。例如:

①Whatwouldyoulikemetodo?你想要我干什么?

②Idlikeyoutomeetmyparents,too.我想要你也见见我的父母。

(5)wouldlike和want均表示想要时,区别如下:

说明:

表示想要某物时,可以说wouldlike+something或wantsomething.

如:Iwouldlikesomecakes.=Iwantsomecakes表示想要的某事时,

可说wouldliketodo或wanttodo.如:Iwouldliketogothere.=Iwanttogothere.

②wouldlike无人称和数的变化,而want则不同。如:Hewouldlikeabottleofmilk.=Hewantsabottleofmilk.

③wouldyoulike…?虽然形式上是疑问结构,但都表示建议,故句中“一些”要用some,不能用any。如:Wouldyoulikesomemilk?

2.IcanspeakChinese.我会说汉语。

say,speak,tell,talk的区别用法

1)speak——“说”、“讲”、“演讲”。做及物动词时,宾语常是表示语言的词。例如:

DoyouspeakChinese?你说汉语吗?

Mr.Wuisgoingtospeakatourclassmeeting.吴老师将在班会上发言。

2)talk——“讲”、“说话”、“谈话”,与speak的意义相近。一般用做不及物动词,指一般的谈话或交谈,而不如speak正规的“演讲”、“发言”,须跟宾语时,与to、with、about等介词连用。

例如:JimisgoingtotalkaboutEnglishnamestomorrow.吉姆明天打算谈谈英国人的名字。

Look!Ourteacheristalkingto(with)theparents.瞧!我们的老师正在和家长们谈话。

3)say——一般着重讲话的内容,指有连贯性的说话,通常用做及物动词。例如:

Idontknowwhathesaid.我不明白他所说的。

Katesawacardonhertable,itsaid:“Happybirthday!”

凯特看见桌上一张卡片,上面写着:“生日快乐!”

4)tell指把一件事情传达给别人或讲述一件事情、一个故事等。常用做及物动词。

例如:WhenIwasyoung,mymotheroftentoldmeastoryintheevening.在我小时,妈妈晚上常给我讲故事。

Hewilltellthegoodnewstoeverybodyinourclass.他将把这个好消息告诉我们班的每个人。

3.Howmanypeoplearethereinyourfamily?你家有多少人?

How的用法详解。

(1)单独用作疑问词。

1)问身体健康等情况。

Howareyourparents?你父母身体好吗?

Howarethingsinyourfathersfactory?你爸爸厂里的情况怎么样?

2)问天气状况。

Howistheweathertoday?今天天气怎么样?

3)询问方式。

Howdoesyourmothergotoworkeveryday?你妈妈每天怎么去上班?

HowcanIcarrytheboxupstairs?我怎样才能把这箱子搬到楼上呢?

4)询问程度。

Howdoyoulikethisbook?你觉得这本书怎么样?

(2)与其它形容词或副词搭配使用。

1)Howold问年龄、年代。

Howoldisyourfriend?你朋友多大了?

Howoldisthebridge?这座桥有多少年代了?

2)Howmany问可数名词数量。常将可数名词复数紧随其后。如:

Howmanypicturesarethereonthewall?墙上有多少幅画?

Howmanyglassesofmilkwouldyoulike?你们想要几杯牛奶?

3)Howmuch询问不可数名词的数量、物品的价格。

Howmuchmoneyisthereinthepurse?钱包里有多少钱?

Howmucharetheapplesatthemoment?目前苹果什么价钱?

4)Howlong提问物体的长度、时间的长短。

HowlongistheChangjiaRiver?长江有多长?

5)Howsoon对“in+一段时间”提问,表示“多久之后”。

6)Howoften对表示频率的副词或短语提问。

7)Howabout用来征求对方意见。

8)Howfar问两地间的距离Howtall问人(树)的高度;howheavy问重量;howwide问宽度;howhigh可以询问建筑物、山峰高度。

(3)How可以用来对形容词、副词强调构成感叹句。

Howfunnythelittleboylooks!这个小男孩多有趣啊!

Howbeautifultheflowersintheparksare!公园里的那些花多美啊!

注意以how开头的感叹句与以how开头的特殊疑问句的语序和句末符号是不同的。感叹句主谓不倒装,句末是感叹号,而特殊疑问句主谓要倒装,且句末为问号。试比较:

Howfaristhefactoryfromhere?车站离这儿有多远?(疑问)

Howfarthefactoryisfromhere!车站离这儿多远啊!(感叹)

4.Whatdotheydo?他们是做什么的?

此句通常用来询问别人的职业。本句也可以换为:whataretheyjobs?

—Whatdoeshedo?他是做什么的?

—Heisateacher.他是一个老师。

5.Heisalsoabasketballplayerontheschoolteam.他也是校人的一名篮球运动员。

also,too和either的辨析。

too也,用于肯定句句尾,

also也,用于肯定句句中,

either也,用于否定句句尾。

①—HelikesspeakingEnglish.他喜欢说英语。

—Me,too.我也是。

②IalsolikespeakingEnglish.我也喜欢说英语。

③IdontlikespeakingEnglish,either.我也不喜欢说英语。

6.ChenYuisthetallestboyintheclass.成瑜是班里最高的男孩。

thetallest是最高级。

Tomistheshortestboyinhisfamily.汤姆是在他家是最矮的。

Thisappleisthebiggestofall.在所有苹果当中这个苹果是最大的。

7.OneofthegirlsisfromtheUK.其中一个女孩来自英国。

oneof+可数名词复数表示“……中之一”作主语时,谓语动词用单数形式。

eg:

①Oneofmyfriendsisintheroom.我的一个朋友在房间里。

②Oneofthebagsismine.其中一个包是我的。

③Tomisoneofthemostlivelyboysinourclass.汤姆是我们班最活跃的男生之一。

8.WhynotgotoParis?为什么不去巴黎呢?

“Whynot+动词原形?”这个句型可看作是“Whydontyou+动词原形?”句型的省略形式,语气更加委婉,这两个句型可替换。注意:Whynot?可单独使用,通常用于对他人请的回答。

①WhynotcallmeJim?=WhydontyoucallmeJim?为什么不叫我Jim呢?

②—Letsgoswimming.我们去游泳吧。

—Whynot?为什么不去?

③Whydontyougooutforawalk?为什么不出去散步呢?

④Whynotgoswimming?为什么不去游泳呢?

9.WegoskiinginthesnowyMountainseverywinterinJune,JulyorAugust.

go+ving表示“去做某事”

10.疑问词的用法。

(1)特殊疑问句的构成:

特殊疑问句:以疑问代词what,who,whose,which或疑问副词when,where,why,how等放在句首提问的句子,叫特殊疑问句。答句必须针对问句中的疑问词来回答。
一.疑问代词
1.Who,whom,whose只能指人,who常作主语,有常作宾语,whose常作定语或表语。who可替代whom,但前面有介词时只能用whom,不能用who.

冠词
冠词可分为不定冠词a/an和定冠词the.本单元学习的是如何使用不定冠词。
一.不定冠词的形式不定冠词有a/an两种形式。a用于以辅音(不是辅音字母)开头的单词前,an用于以元音(不是元音字母)开头的单词前。如:

二.不定冠词的用法
1.用在客属名词的单数形式前面
