II.ExpressionPatterns常用的表达方式
1.一般现在时
(1)定义:一般现在时表示现在的状态,经常的或习惯性的动作或主语具备的性格和能力等。
(2)在没有任何助动词的肯定句中,如果主语是第三人称单数,那么句中的谓语动词也要用单数形式。
请同学们认真观察下列句子。
①Sheisastudent.她是学生。
②Helooksyoung.他看起来很年轻。
③Myfatherhasanewcar.我父亲有一辆新轿车。
④MeiMeilikesEnglish.美美喜欢英语。
2.现在进行时
(1)构成
现在进行时由助动词be(am/is/are)+现在分词(动词-ing形式构成。)
现在分词的构成规则如下:
(1)一般情况,在动词的词尾加上-ing;如:
do—doingeat—eatingplay—playing
think—thinkingread—readingdraw—drawing
(2)以不发音的e结尾的动词,先去e,再加-ing;如:
ride—ridingmake—makinghave—having
write—writingtake—takinggive—giving
(3)以重读闭音节结尾的动词,末尾是一个辅音字母,它前面是单个元音字母时,即从末尾的字母向前数,是辅(音字母)+元(音字母)+辅(音字母)时,要先将词尾的辅音字母双写,再加-ing

cut—cuttingbegin—beginning
(2)用法
1表示现在正在发生(进行)的动作(不指状态)。如:
Iamwritingaletter.我正在写信。
TheyarelearningEnglishintheclassroom.他们正在教室里学英语。
Isitrainingnow?现在下雨吗?
Theboyishelpinghismother.那个男孩正在给他妈妈帮忙。
Wearelookingatthepicture.我们正在看图片。
现在进行时的否定形式是在助动词be后面加not构成,例如isnot(isnt),arenot(arent)和amnot(没有缩写形式)

现在进行时的疑问式是将be放在主语前面,句尾改成问号即可。现在进行时的一般疑问句用“Yes,主语+be动词”表示肯定回答;用“No,主语+be动词的否定形式”表示否定回答。现在进行时的特殊疑问句回答不能用“Yes”或“No”。如:
Ishesleeping?他正在睡觉吗?No,heisnt.不,不在。

2表示即将发生的动作。一般指最近按计划或安排要进行的动作。如:

16B中已出现了usewatertodosth.,本单元介绍了此句型的另为一种表达方式:usewaterfordoingsth.,教师可以从use…todo..引出use…fordoing用法。教师让学生用身边的例子和生活经验,导入此句型。,鼓励用此句型进行操练。

Step2Presentation(1)Showmanypictures.Inthepictures,therearemuchnicefood.Letthestudentswatchthefoodcarefully.Thenformthegroupstocollectthewordsonfoodwhichtheyknowasmanyastheycan.fruitcakehamburgermeat(近二十张彩色图片自动切换。每张图片上都是一道精美的菜肴,包括世界各个民族的菜肴,有水果、饮料,有西餐,中餐等等。让学生边欣赏,边回忆自己所知道的所有有关食物的英语词汇,并借助身边的工具和小组其他成员的共同努力,想得越多越好。图片播放完毕的同时,要求学生停止讨论,进行汇总。)
