我认为,英语教学的目的主要是培养学生掌握并运用语言的能力。基础年级英语教学尤为重要。作为一名基础年级的英语老师,首先应该激发学生学习英语的兴趣和调动学生学习英语的积极性,培养他们的主人翁意识,让他们感到“我能行。”因而,在本堂课的设计中,我花了大量的心思来激发他们学英语的兴趣,如跟唱英文歌,看小丑图,呈现彩色的字母等。

在活动的开展中,我发现活动的过程远不如自己所期望的那样。在做活动时,我过高的估计学生的能力。有些同学在经过呈现新单词后不能够顺利地完成任务1,他们仍对某些单词能认但不能够读出来。在同学们做任务1时,我在下面不时地给较落后的同学帮助,但这仍不能解决问题。因此在随后的朝读课上我要求每个小组的口语小组长帮助本组单词读得不够熟练的同学。现对本堂课反思如下:wWW.jaB88.com

重视因材施教,尊重学生的个体差异。

在任务型教学过程中,由于学生的个体差异,学生们完成任务的速度与效率不尽相同。本堂课出现了这样一种现象,一部分同学完成任务较快,于是思想开小差,或是讲小话。在此我想在布置任务时,可根据学生的能力大小,给学生布置不同层次的任务。如任务完成得较快的学生可对他们增设附加的任务。如会模仿――会背诵――会默写,层层拔高。每一堂课下来,每个学生根据自己的能力学到不同的知识。

本人在今后的备课过程中,应多从学生的角度考虑,努力调整教学方式,大胆取舍教学内容,力求尊重学生个体差异,因材施教,让每个学生在学习英语的过程中都能感受到成功的喜悦,从而形成学习英语的浓厚兴趣,形成积极的学习态度。

本单元口语训练应当自始至终在一种鲜明的色彩背景下进行,旨在营造那种为学生所喜爱的欢快气氛,教师应当在十种颜色上大做文章;在使用实物时要使颜色醒目;在组合图画时,要尽量用大色块;在使用投影时要使颜色突出来。教师可以从教室环境上入手营造色彩气氛,如:选取十种颜色的硬色板,剪成各个大写字母;或者将色板剪成各种卡通动物形象,悬挂在教室当中或在墙上,注明各种颜色的英语字块。
三、情感态度和价值观目标
用各种可以调动学生积极性的活动来提高学生的活跃性,激发他们参与讨论的热情。同时可以对学生进行美育教育,从小培养他们对美的正确认识。
