Reading

last作为形容词,表示“最后的,刚过去的”。

last也可做动词,表示“持续、维持”。

whether在句中表示“是否”,有时可以和if交换使用。但whether后面可以跟ornot,而if不能。

asaresult词组,“因此,作为结果”。先交代原因,再用asaresult连接结果,可放在句尾,也可放在句子中间。
